Taking Care of Yourself When You’re Sick

A cold usually lasts a few days to a week. Taking care of yourself during a cold can help you get better quicker.

  • Drink plenty of fluids but avoid caffeine and alcohol
  • Use a humidifier to moisten the air you breathe
  • Vitamins or good old chicken soup may help
