Paul S. Herendeen Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Paul S. Herendeen, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MedPointe, has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining MedPointe, Paul was Executive Vice President and Board Member

of Galen plc, a public U.K. pharmaceutical company, where he was responsible for business development and management of business relationships with the investment community and investment banks. Paul was named to his positions at Galen after orchestrating, as Warner Chilcott’s Executive Vice President and CFO, the sale of Warner Chilcott plc to Galen in 2000. At Warner Chilcott, he played a pivotal role in focusing the company’s strategy, streamlining operations and building the administrative infrastructure. Paul executed a plan that took Warner Chilcott from a quarterly $6 million operating loss when he joined the company to an operating income of $12 million per quarter. Prior to his positions at Warner Chilcott and Galen, Paul worked at several financial services firms, including Dominion Income Management Corp., Prudential Equity Investors and Oppenheimer & Co. He was responsible for executing a broad range of investment banking transactions, including public and private market financings, restructuring assignments and financial advisory services. Paul started his career as an Accountant with Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Herendeen holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Boston College and an M.B.A. degree from The Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
